Palau Dive Adventures Cancellation, Deposit and Payment Policy

We at Palau Dive Adventures do our best to provide the highest level of service and safety to our divers.   From the moment you inquire about your dream SCUBA vacation with us, to the moment you leave Palau, we are here for you. To help us plan and make your dive vacation the most enjoyable it can be, we need to make hotel reservations as soon as possible.  We know plans can change and emergencies do arise, and we have taken this into account with our payment and cancellation policy.  We also highly recommend you take out trip insurance to cover an unforeseen changes in your itinerary. We work with diveassure and highly recommend using them. When you are traveling and an incident arises, if you have diveassure they will be your primary insurance.

Payment Policy

As soon as we receive your deposit, we will reserve your spot on our boat as well as hotel accommodations.  Remember, our boat is limited to 10b divers, it is based on a first come, first serve basis. We need 50% payment at the time of booking with full payment 60 days out.

Our secure payment gateway will make sure your payment is processed in the most secure way possible. We accept all credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime 60 days or more prior to departure, and forfeit $100 from your payment. Less than 60 days we will refund 50% of your payment.

We may be able to resell your reservation, in this case we will only deduct any credit card fees we incur. We will do our best to assist you and keep any change fees to a minimum.
